Special Issue IJHCI

The International Journal of Human Computer Interaction has taken a specific interest into the NordiCHI 2000 conference and offred us the possibility of producing a Special Issue of the Journal.

The International Journal of Human Computer Interaction was founded 12 years ago and is published in cooperation with International Ergonomics Association (IEA), the Human Factors & Ergonomics Society and Human Interface (Japan) 2001. Gavriel Salvendy and Kay Stanney are editors of this Journal.

We have accepted this offer and decided to edit a Special Issue of the International Journal of Human-Computer Interaction on the best in HCI in the Nordic countries.

The 6-10 best papers from the conference will be selected and the authors will be given the possibility of further elaborating and perhaps extending their papers to fit to the Journal format. The contributions will be peer reviewed. The deadline for these contributions will be January 15.

Announcement of these papers will be made at the conference.

Editors of this special issue: Jan Gulliksen and Ann Lantz

The special issue can be accessed at the publishers website. It is also referenced in the HCIBIB.
